Do you require payment first?
Yes. All service is prepaid. Once payment is received, you’re officially on the schedule.
What’s included in a “response”?
A scheduled visit for diagnosis + repair within the booked lane. If parts or follow-up visits are needed, we’ll quote and schedule those separately.
Do you still support equipment you sold?
Yes. We honor manufacturer warranty obligations on equipment we sold and continue supporting it after warranty — inside this same service framework.
Do you order parts for me?
Yes — parts ordering is still part of our service. We typically keep stock of common consumables and failure items, but availability isn’t guaranteed. Historically, we subsidized a lot of parts coordination time; going forward, that work happens inside a booked, prepaid service lane. If parts are required, we’ll confirm availability, pricing, lead times, and next steps during the visit.
Can you help us learn to self-repair?
Yes. We offer a two-day on-site training covering up to three manufacturers, with documentation, repair guides, and tool recommendations.
Will training get us distributor pricing?
Potentially, but it’s not guaranteed. Manufacturer approval varies by brand and operator qualifications.
