Shift Work is a blend of dark roasted organic coffees from Central/South America and Africa. It’s well balanced yet bold. This coffee is roasted just dark enough to appreciate a rich body but without bitter after taste. If you're a cream and sugar kind of person, then this coffee is for you. We really love it on espresso, too.
